Delicious and refreshing elderflower ice pops that are very easily made. Add sliced fruit or flowers for an elegant touch. Ingredients are listed as: metric ( imperial )

  • 1 L of water
  • 125 ml elderflower cordial
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • a few mint leaves
  • fresh elderflowers optional


  • Thinly slice the lemon and spread it with the mint in the ice pop form, it will infuse the ice pops with a subtle flavour. Add elderflowers if you want a pretty additional ingredient but this is totally optional and is merely for looks. I tend to make different looking sets but they all taste pretty much the same.

  • Mix the water and the elderflower cordial and pour it into the ice pop form. Add the popsicle sticks and freeze your elderflower ice pops for a minimum of 6 hours.
