Ingredients

  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 500 ml almond milk
  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 3 medjool dates
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. You can of course use bananas that are not frozen, but it will result in a smoothie that is far less creamy and more liquid.
