These strawberry and watermelon ice pops are not only delicious but they are also guaranteed to make you smile since they look like sliced up watermelon.

Instructions
Blend the strawberries and watermelon and strain the juice through a mesh sieve to discard the seeds. Set juice aside.
Peel and blend the kiwis and strain the juice through a mesh sieve to discard the seeds. Set juice aside.
Mix the coconut milk with the vanilla essence in a small bowl.
To get those clear lines start by pouring the strawberry and melon juice into the ice pop mold, add the ice pop sticks and freeze them.
Add the coconut cream and vanilla mixture in a thin layer and freeze again. Repeat the same with the kiwi puree and freeze until solid.

The quantities in this recipe are enough to fill 10 ice pops with about 85ml (3 oz) each.
