Frozen Yogurt Mango Soft Serve
This frozen yoghurt mango soft serve is healthy; it's tasty, contains no added sugars and ìs very easy to make. What's not to like? Happy days!
- 500 g frozen mango
- 150 g vegan yoghurt
- 1 tsp lime juice
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Scoop into bowls, serve it with some freshly grated lime zest and mint if you have.
