Red Grape Ice Pops

Nothing is quite as delicious and lovely as these ruby red grape ice pops since they come with the rich, sweet flavour of those little fruits.

Ingredients

  • 750 g red grapes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave
  • 20 grapes cut into half - optional

Instructions

  • Wash your 750g (1 ½ lb)grapes and add them with the lemon juice and agave to a blender and process until fruit is broken apart. Strain through a mesh sieve and discard the seeds and skin.

  • If you want the optional grapes, then add the cut grapes to the ice pop mould. I placed four halves into each slot.

  • Pour the liquid into an ice pop mould and freeze until solid for at least 5 hours.

Notes
