Wash your 750g (1 ½ lb)grapes and add them with the lemon juice and agave to a blender and process until fruit is broken apart. Strain through a mesh sieve and discard the seeds and skin.
If you want the optional grapes, then add the cut grapes to the ice pop mould. I placed four halves into each slot.
Pour the liquid into an ice pop mould and freeze until solid for at least 5 hours.
