This delicious no-churn pineapple ice cream is made with only three ingredients. It contains no added sugars and is made in a few minutes. Ingredients are listed as: metric ( imperial ).

  • 500 g pineapple cleaned and frozen - about 1 pineapple
  • 500 g bananas cleaned and frozen - about 4 bananas
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • Prep the pineapple by cutting off the skin and slicing it into chunks. Peel and slice the banana. Freeze the fruit for at least 5 hours. If you use already frozen fruit, you can skip this step.

  • Place all the ingredients into t a food processor and let it run at highest speed for a few minutes. The frozen fruit will turn into a loose, crumbly mass. Stop the processor and push the fruit down. Turn it onto high speed and repeat this process until you have a very smooth and silky soft ice cream.*


* For a lovely, scoopable ice cream transfer it into a freezer friendly container and freeze it for another hour.
