These grape and golden kiwi ice pops feel like eating sorbet on a stick. They are as delicious as they are healthy and carry a large amount of Vitamin C.

  • 750 g green grapes
  • 6 kiwis
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • Wash your grapes and mint, half the kiwis and scoop their flesh out with a spoon.

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and process until fruit is broken apart. Strain through a mesh sieve and discard the seeds and skin.

  • Pour the liquid into an ice pop mold and freeze until solid for at least 5 hours.


The quantities in this recipe are enough to fill 10 ice pops with about 85ml (3 oz) each.
