Delicious and refreshing elderflower ice pops that are very easily made. Add sliced fruit or flowers for an elegant touch. Ingredients are listed as: metric ( imperial )
Print Recipe
- 1 L of water
- 125 ml elderflower cordial
- 1 lemon sliced
- a few mint leaves
- fresh elderflowers optional
Thinly slice the lemon and spread it with the mint in the ice pop form, it will infuse the ice pops with a subtle flavour. Add elderflowers if you want a pretty additional ingredient but this is totally optional and is merely for looks. I tend to make different looking sets but they all taste pretty much the same.
Mix the water and the elderflower cordial and pour it into the ice pop form. Add the popsicle sticks and freeze your elderflower ice pops for a minimum of 6 hours.
