Ingredients

  • 1 mango peeled and diced
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric freshly grated or ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom ground or seeds
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 250 ml unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and process until very smooth. If you use fresh turmeric and cardamom seeds, let your blender run a little bit longer.
