Mango and Chia Overnight Oats

  • 1 large mango
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • Add the oats, vanilla and 250ml (1cup) almond milk to a bowl and stir well. Mix the chia seeds with 4 tbsp of almond milk in another bowl. Let it sit while you peel and puree the mango. You can either use a blender for this or just chop it finely.

  • Add alternating layers of oats, mango and chia seeds into two jars and cover them. Place them in the fridge and enjoy your breakfast in the morning.
