This vegan mango lassi with cardamom is a nutritious way to hydrate yourself during hot summer months. It's a great treat on its own, but it also pairs well with spicy food.

Ingredients

  • 250 g vegan yoghurt
  • 125 ml almond milk
  • 125 g frozen mango which is roughly half a fruit
  • 1 pinch of cardamom

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and process until desired consistency.

Notes

Mango provides enough sweetness in my opinion but if you prefer your lassi extra sweet then feel free to add some agave to it or any sweetener that you might prefer.
