Overnight Rice Flakes with Blueberries
Overnight rice flakes with fresh blueberries are a lovely alternative to overnight oats.
Ingredients
- 60 g rice flakes
- 250 ml almond milk or any other milk you prefer
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 100 g blueberries fresh
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Instructions
- Mix the rice flakes, vanilla essence and the almond milk in a mason jar. Scatter the blueberries and hemp seeds on top and leave in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours, best over night. You can prepare these for up to 3 days ahead.
- There are endless possibilities of adding flavour and superfoods since rice flakes are a lovely base.
